Hairy Wieners maintains a waitlist for future litters to help ensure a fair and organized placement process.

Waitlist Fee

The waitlist fee is not a deposit — it simply holds your spot in line.

Because the waitlist holds your position, the fee is non-refundable.

Waitlist Order

Waitlist positions are assigned in the order payments are received, provided the waitlist form has been completed.

If the current litter doesn’t have the puppy you’re looking for, no worries — your spot automatically rolls over to the next litter.

Placement

Our goal is simple — happy puppies in happy homes. Puppies are placed based on overall fit, which includes household compatibility and buyer preferences.

That said, here’s how placement works behind the scenes:

If a buyer passes on available puppies, we will move to the next person on the waitlist so placement can continue smoothly.

Passing on a puppy does not automatically remove you from the waitlist — unless we’ve discussed something different beforehand

Basically, communication is key, and we’re always happy to talk things through!

Refund Policy

The waitlist fee is non-refundable.

Waitlist updates are provided as litters are planned and born. Exact timing, colors, and coat types cannot be guaranteed.
